Dreams are so interesting. I’ve been reading about them recently. I know there’s four steps to a dream. One is the point where your just falling asleep. For that 15 minutes of light sleep where you can still hear things around you but your body is relaxed. The second stage is in a deep sleep. Your body temperature decreases, your muscles are completely relaxed. Your body works on today’s damage. Such as a cut or a bruise or whatever. The third step is just completely relaxed. Your metabolic levels are extremely slow. The fourth is called rapid eye movement. This is the part most people remember. The dreaming occurs in this stage. You mind is revitalized and your emotions are being fine tuned. If you are awakened in this stage of your sleep you most likely remember a lot of your dream. You have like 7 dreams a night. You just dont remember them. Ill end this with a question. Do we need to sleep to dream or do we need to dream to sleep?
